The List of Mentors for Junior Researchers in 2005 Approved |

At its session of 16 June 2005, the Management Board of the Slovenian Research Agency approved the list of mentors that will train junior researchers in 2005
in selected research fields (see attached list).
In accordance with Article 13 of the Rules on the Training and Financing of Junior Researchers in Research
Organisations (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, no. 12/05 and 49/05) the research organisations where the selected mentors are employed (the
relevant organisations are included in the list of mentors) will issue public tenders for candidates for young researchers in the daily press and/or the
Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia.
The Agency hereby informs all potential candidates for the post of junior researcher that if they meet the conditions set out in Article 18 of the Rules they
are eligible to apply to the public tenders published by the individual research organisations.
We would like to draw particular attention to the second indent of Article 18, which extends the possibility of applying to foreign citizens with the same
education rights as Slovenian citizens.
